I wanted to work out but also wanted a program where I can Praise and Worship the Lord while I get my body fit. Throughout Scripture, the summons to God's God is not only fitting because He is worthy, it 's also for our good. It is not in our IT IS in our power to turn and surrender control to the One who is in control through praise and worship. To answer that question, let's turn to the Word of God. So when we do, we are fulfilling the purpose of our lives. Well can you believe it I found one! If we're going to praise and worship the Lord, then we need to know what it is and how to do it. The humble activity of praise acknowledges our surrender to God and His authority to overcome this world. He created us to worship and praise Him. In fact, He alone deserves all praise. €�You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.” Revelation 4:11.
